We’re attending Personal Democracy Forum 2020 with our talk and workshop about the fight against algorithms of hate.

Based on our campaign against hate and propaganda, we’ll explain the current situation in Slovenia, the problem of hate funded with advertising money and the tactics activists can employ to tackle that issue. We’ll also put special emphasis on risk mitigation and handling the aftermath of anti-hate campaign (threats). We’ll offer and explain our tool set but also put special emphasis on engaging relevant institutions.

Our anti-hate campaign was featured in the AlgorithmWatch report, received special mention in the European Comission against Racism and Intolerance report (.pdf) and echoed in other countries as well.
